Recent News
Since Charleston (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated honored us with a standing ovation for our presentation on The LOVE Movement, we have been making some great progress. Jack and Jill of America, Inc. has been extremely supportive and now features us on its National Website! Recently, we served on the Jack and Jill Charleston Youth Summit panel on Race Relations as well as presented to The Charleston Youth Leadership Council (The Beaux Affair) with Assistant Police Chief Reggie Burgess (North Charleston Police Department - Charleston, SC).
In addition, we are soon to be interviewed by The Washington Post! Also, through the The Links National Trends and Services (Future Leaders Roundtable), the City of Charleston Police Department may allow us to present to them to be considered as a component of its Illumination Project. We've also received interest from The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and plan on speaking with them on how we can best work together.
